20161019_095109Dispatchers Alyssa Sellars and Ashley Stevenson, along with Director John Tracy attended the fall conference of the Kansas Chapter of APCO this week in Wichita.  https://www.apcointl.org/ .  http://www.ksapco.org/.  Shown in the photo are Stevenson (left) and Sellars.  A lot of good information and education was received on a variety of topics.  Deputy Director Bristor was also present Wednesday to co-instruct a workshop on 911 Public Education.

Established in 1995, Sumner County 911 Emergency Communications is responsible for receiving and processing emergency calls from the citizens and guests of Sumner County, Kansas, and dispatching and coordinating the response of over 30 law enforcement, fire, EMS, and Emergency Management agencies to those emergencies.
