Watch Supervisor Ashley Helton was presented with the “Stork Award” at the Board of County Commissioners meeting on February 7. Ashley, an Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) with SCEC, assisted with the successful delivery of an infant on January 24, providing telephone instructions using EMD protocols.
