Established in 1995, Sumner County Emergency Communications is responsible for the receipt and processing of emergency calls from the citizens and guests of Sumner County, Kansas, and dispatching and coordinating the response of over 30 law enforcement, fire, EMS, and Emergency Management agencies to those emergencies.
